Bonus: Don't eat until after you exercise...preferably until about 4 or 5. You can tide yourself over with coffee. This will eliminate some of the guilt from the high caloric intake of all the alcohol.
I've started a new project. I was reading my dear friend and 'sister', Lara Ruth's, blog, and I got inspired to do the 365 day project. I did a little online research and decided to do it. You pretty much just take one picture every day for a year. I think your pic is supposed to remind you of what you did that day. I think it's a fantastic idea. So here are my first three days of pics.

Day Two: I start Flylady...again. hopefully this time it will stick.
Day Three: Just me. Nothing too exciting happened today.
Day Four: My attempt at a new life, water and fitness. Ha! This was followed by a cocktail.

ReplyDeleteHey do you remember that time we bought a bunch of fashion mags, a box of creme puffs and eclairs and washed it all down with chocolate martinis. I think we got really sick.
I haven't had a cream puff or eclair or chocolate martini since. But it might be time.
